Perishable Products

Because our desserts are handcrafted and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Caribbean Fruit Cake Mix (Non-Perishable)

Our Fruit Cake Mix is a non-perishable, shelf-stable product. If it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Unused, unopened mixes may be returned at the buyer's expense.

Order Cancellations

Since our desserts are made to order, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If preparation has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel the order.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Square to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
