This delicious and healthy "no-bake" brownie is made with nuts and dried fruit for texture and sea moss for binding.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Walnuts or Almonds
  • 1 cup Pitted Dates (soaked in hot water for 10 mins to soften)
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder or Carob powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1Place walnuts/almonds in a food processor and blend until they form a fine, crumb-like texture.
  2. 2Add the softened, pitted dates, sea moss gel, cacao powder or carob powder, vanilla, and salt.
  3. 3Process until the mixture sticks together (it should be jammy and sticky).
  4. 4Press the mixture into a lined pan or container.
  5. 5Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to firm up before cutting.
