Vegan Sea Moss Brownie Dessert

This delicious and healthy "no-bake" brownie is made with nuts and dried fruit for texture and sea moss for binding.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Walnuts or Almonds
- 1 cup Pitted Dates (soaked in hot water for 10 mins to soften)
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder or Carob powder
- 2-3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Place walnuts/almonds in a food processor and blend until they form a fine, crumb-like texture.
- 2Add the softened, pitted dates, sea moss gel, cacao powder or carob powder, vanilla, and salt.
- 3Process until the mixture sticks together (it should be jammy and sticky).
- 4Press the mixture into a lined pan or container.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to firm up before cutting.
