Ingredients

  • 1 box Love That Spice Desserts Fruit Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Combine fruit mix, flour mix, apple sauce, butter or oil and mix until well combined.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into an 8 inch pan.
  3. 3Bake for 50 mins or until a pick comes out clean.
  4. 4Pour your favourite wine, rum or non-alcoholic beverage on cake.
  5. 5Cool completely and enjoy!
