Enjoy a delicious Traditional Vegan Caribbean Fruit Cake without the eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 box Love That Spice Desserts Fruit Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup vegan butter or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Instructions
- 1Combine fruit mix, flour mix, apple sauce, butter or oil and mix until well combined.
- 2Pour the mixture into an 8 inch pan.
- 3Bake for 50 mins or until a pick comes out clean.
- 4Pour your favourite wine, rum or non-alcoholic beverage on cake.
- 5Cool completely and enjoy!
