Ingredients
- 1 pack Love That Spice Desserts dried seamoss
- 1/2 lime or lemon
Instructions
- 1Rinse and thoroughly clean dried seamoss.
- 2Soak full pack of dried sea moss in water for 12-24 hours.
- 3Squeeze 1/2 lime or lemon to neutralize the ocean smell or taste.
- 4Rinse again and blend seamoss in clean filtered water until smooth.
Storage: The gel can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days for maximum freshness or frozen in cubes for 3-4 months.
Thickening: Sea moss gel will thicken as it cools in the refrigerator.
Daily Amount: 1-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel in water, juice or soups per day is generally recommended for health benefits.
