  • 4 tablespoons of sea moss gel
  • 3 cups coconut milk, almond milk or evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
