The creamy texture of milk paired with the nutritious boost of sea moss gel in this comforting smoothie. Perfect as a dessert drink or mid-day meal replacement!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of sea moss gel
- 3 cups coconut milk, almond milk or evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- 1Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- 2Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- 3Serve cold, and enjoy!
